View Full Version : Flo Torq II question
Mercury lists Flo Torq II hub kits with A1 or Q1 suffix. The rest of the part number is the same. What's the difference between them?

The Q is for the long hub which I think is the choppers and ET's and the other is for the shorter length which is for the through hub style props. You should confirm the numbers though.

Hi LJL - How did that cleaver I sold you work?
I'm fairly certain the "Q" just means Quicksilver for parts that might be marketed at different locations than Mercury dealers. The long and short hub kits are two different part numbers. I can look them up in a couple of hours if you need.

Barry,
It runs great! :D Just don't like to run it too often, don't want to crack the thin blades..
I got an email with a link to Mercury's Parts Express. Thanks Marcus! It says there A suffix hubs have been substituted by the Q suffix hubs. The long steel hubs for Cleavers and Choppers have had both A and Q part numbers.
Thanks!

Glad to hear the prop worked on your rig. It was a great prop on my Allison 16.
