When running in a surfacing application, it looks like the sportsmaster would have more stern lift than the torquemaster.
Is this the case?
If true, should a fast rig (90+) run more setback with the sportsmaster?
The theory being you could actually use very slight negative trim for stern lift while the boat is flying.
Any of you fast guys ever try various setbacks vs lower unit types?
What were the results?

i would'nt think so not if the torque master has an after market nose cone we have tried several times to out perform various gear case combos in our shop but all we ever accomplished was adding about 10 times the steering torque and less than 1 mph
