who has the scoop on 24 skater setback?

i had 6" jacks on the boat when i got it but i need at least 8" to put 15" motors on the back , i talked to a guy that has 10" of setback but i have always run 6" at the most , i heard the fastest 24 had 10" of setback with drags , anyone know?

I would not run more than 6in of setback. Talk to pete a Skater about this. The boat does not need a lot of setback.
