Any opinions on removing decals and stickers from a plexiglass windshield? What non-abrasive product has anyone used? The windshield on my V-King has a state park sticker that the previous owner stuck on and that just has to come off! Thanks....

I've used "goof off" with a good deal of sucess. Should be able to get it in the paint section of most hardware type stores.

blow dryer to loosen the sticker, and "oops" will get the remaining glue off.

lighter fluid will work too. Peel slowly, and keep a wet "bead" of fluid against the spot where it's peeling, it will slowly lift. Goof off and other strong chemicals may harm the plexi, but naphtha or lighter fluid won't hurt it. WD-40 is also safe.

Pour hot water over it and it will come away easy, clean away the residue with gum remover or petrol.

Is "goof off" that orange sented stuff? if so that works well. I used it to remove decals from my wood finished hydro. not a mark left (aside from the the sun tan the sticker left in my finish lol)

Yeppers that's what I do! Goof Off can be a little "hot" for somethings!;)
There's a product you can buy at Home Depot or Pepe boys called "Sticker and Decal remover" it works great! Not very "hot" either!

Warm it up with a hair dryer and use good old WD-40 on the residue. Everyone has wd at home don't they?
