Don't know if many of you guys have seen it , I just did , but LOCTITE is now being offered is a stick like CHAP STICK, ordered it yesterday and it came in today and it is GREAT. No more dropping and spilling that "liquid gold" on the floor , having the top glue to the bottom, ETC ....
It is in the same strength as the red liquid and its number is 268 ULTRA HIGH STRENGTH it looks like a red crayon but applys slick as a gut !
Still high as a Giraffs ass but a hell of a lot easier to use , store and apply......

I still think whomever designed those loctite bottles meant for them to tip over.

Just don't let your ladies get hold of it, they might think it's a new color of lipstick. Ya wouldn't want they to get their mouths loctited shut.
Then again, that might not be such a bad thing every once in while...

I assyembled a Drag Motor today , belonging to Mike Watts , and could'nt make myself use the Red Loctite stick on the rod bolts , too much at stake if this new delivery method did'nt make the trip. I did use it on all the other bolts I normally use the liquid on ! Guess I have to see for myself how the stuff performs on less critical stressed pieces, these motors are WAY too expensive to use experimental stuff on rotating assyembly fasteners.........

:D That sounds about right, this summer when I showed that red stick to Tommy Dunn ,, His reply was "So thats what you want me to apply to your rod bolts" he likes the flow better;) " New and improved or just NEW.
