Simon,

I saw you on the Monster Garage Special last night.
If you did not catch it, it was on the Discovery Channel Monday night at 9 pm and 11 pm CST

Took a Party Barge and converted it into a Shark seeing boat, that would go in the ocean.

I think the 300 x would have been a better fit on the back of the Party barge instead of the Honda 4 stroke and nitrous.

Even with the extra foam that thing sat pretty low in the water with the two sponsons.

Who decided on the engine?
And how did that interior turn out. WOW did that look cool, since it looked like you skippered the boat out for them.

How long were you out on the ocean, since it looked like they tried to see sharks twice, and Jesse threw in the towel.

If you missed the episode, it will probably air over the weekend.

Cool thing, just needed some black on the back to go with the black interior!!

We ask Mercury first and they said yah right. So I called Honda and they said, where do we ship it (FREEBIE). I am a Merc guy but Honda stepped up and took care of us and loved every minute of it. The motor showed up the next day. We put about 10 hours of full throttle on that boat in the ocean. It was a very nice motor. The interior was very nice.

sounds cool but i missed the show wish i would have seen it,when is the next viewing.

It is a shame about mercury, and yeah honda has stepped right up. Why not? they have nothing to lose but free publicity. They (honda) dontated a 225 for a local school to race in a local race here in florida, mercury wont even send a truck.:mad:

On a different note I hope that the recovery for you and your parents after the fires is going smoothly.....
