Get it outta here. I'm having an op on my hands and wrist and will be unable to do such tasks for awhile. Most of the coring is out, hull is solid, few chips and such in bottom, gel is toast and windsheild is cracked. Free, will deliver for the cost it takes me to get there, Mich/upper Ohio, Ind etc.

Although----
if the core's out of it, it might actually burn:eek:

Should have seen the last one I did. It was a freaking wreck, came out beautifull, now it lives a pamperd life. I've exhausted the old whipped out 'stream supply up here, mostley Vipers/Vectors. One more to go for myself and that is all.

Glad to see it go to someone with intrest. Old 'streams are the coolest. I remember seeing this boat when I was 7 or 8 with a 77 175 flying up the AuSable, coolest thing I ever saw. The I found it about three years ago sitting in some woods. Pulled the motor for another project and never really got around to getting this one done, house and work got in the way. I was going to rig it up with twin Mk 58 short shafts for something really different.

I was hoping INSANO might want to drive up to TO so he could deliver PAGER's New Boat and then JAM with me and the boys...I'll even show him a picture with me and a BCR...NJ Series Serial Number 10973...any good can you tell me anything by the serial number???
Capt.Insane-o
11-18-2003, 03:13 PM
Pretty common, the USA or Handmade models are the one that are sought after, not that the nj's are a bad guitar, I've had a few nj's are they were fine. We'll see how it goes, the last time I was over the border I got hassled pretty bad at customs, being a long hair and all, But we'll see, I go in Thursday to get my hand and wrist operated on again, so maybe we can bs, but jamming, probably not.:(

Thanks for the input on the NJ...I thought it was foreign...anyway I'll post a pic on it soon...it sounds and plays pretty good
YEAH...you should get a haircut for border crossing:D. I usually take off about an inch
Picture this...I am coming across the border back into Canada (from Firewater) STV in tow, and RT who is the cleanest cut guy you could see, gets stopped behind me...like not only do have the hair...but I am damn ugly too...but they told me to have a nice day...didn't even ask to see my papers or anything on the STV...ya just never know:D

I'm pretty damn ugly too, might work this time. a friend of mine was getting a good hassle coming back from Windsor night at the strip clubs and started hitting on the guy(no he's not gay, was just toolled up on Canadian beer) and they dropped him like a hot potato, We were in the van behind him, was hysterical to watch.:D My friend driving the car would'nt talk to him for a week. LMAO!

border crossings are "Hit and Miss"...I just try to make sure I have all my paperwork handy and that sort-of impresses the hell out of em. Even helps to have flyer or picture of your girlfreid (or wife) and say...I'm going to visit her:D
Jesus...I can't even find one to buy and you're giving it away?!

Z, whereinthe hell've you been son????? I've been worried sick. I was afraid you'd done somethin' drastic, like buyin' an OMC or somethin' and were afraid to come back and admit it.
You got that Merc pulled down yet?

OMC?! How dare you say that! ;) Haven't received the new motor yet, I'm waiting until I get it to take the old one apart. I've been trying to avoid this place actually, every time I come here I see more pictures of fast boats and then I remember mine is broken and it's november. :(

Sweet deal, and I almost paid 500 for a boat that needed a new core and the bottom had big cracks. Good luck with it, and keep us all posted with how it goes. now theres a few vectors in Ontario.

If you still have it I wouldnt mind getting it. I recored one before then sold it for an ally. Wish i had it back. I live in waterloo In. 40 miles north of FT. wayne. Have a lonly 225 merc that misses the old stream. Plus it would keep the hours down on my drag. PH#260-837-8703.

Race 115, I might know of a Vector in Toronto that could be had for cheep.......or less. I had the bottom delaminate, and would be a full rebuild, if it is a project you want this could be it.
There are more vectors around than you think, I can think of atleast a dozen off hand, in the GTA.

Lynn, If nothing happens with it I'll come up and get it and drag it down and we will put it next to the viper and recore the both good project for alfie! We could have him lay the core in both of them!
