I'm just finishing this up for a car I'm restoring for my parents. It's a 1970 Charger 440-6 Dana 727 Plum Crazy & Black x 3. Pretty nasty 451 Six Pack, All the good stuff, Wiseco, Comp, Ferrea, Six- pack rods, steel crank, ARP Etc. I guess it helps that I own a machine shop..I'll post some car shots soon. I'm bringing the car to Michigan in 2 weeks for paint and reassembly. Rev.

Rev, now you dun gone and dun it. Aint nuthin that makes Rex wet his britches like a Mopar with orange paint smeared around on it. This thread's lible to go 10 pages.

Chrysler always did have some of the best lookin' intake and carb combos. That real high intake on the 440 6 pack, the old inline ones on the street Hemi, and of course the magnesium cross ram on the race Hemi were all trick lookin' peices. I never cared much for the looks of the old long runner intakes on the early 60's wedge engines that put the carbs out past the valve covers, but they were radical in their day to say the least.

Hope you'll post more pics as it progresses.

Rev., Machine shop huh? If you can find me a Chevy small block with a casting of 3914678 dated in early 1968 (e.g. B__8) I'll help fund your trip to Grand Rapids next month if you can bring it to me.
Thanks, Bill.

Must be either a 327 or a 350. I'll put the feelers out, I don't have one here.
