Skip hand deliver'd a set to me at the Rumble but I did'nt think they looked right for my trailers so i took em to my sign maker and had him use them for a template and re-size and change colors for me.

spent stupid amounts of $$ in the last few days trying to diagnose/trouble shoot the weak link in the FrankenRude so I can come down and hold my head high for the Johnny boys next week.
Suspected the starboard side power pack from day one and while using my new $$$ tester, the entire cylinder bank just shut down while it was idling on the hose!!
Was also the first time running since running wiring from 2nd battery and only thing I could think was that I back fed 24 V's through something that did'nt like it.
Fortunately after tracing all the wiring, that was'nt the case and it is just the power pack (not rectifier like I was afraid of)
So more trouble shooting, swapping parts and writing notes.
The main tests I was trying to do, the motor needs to be running and into the power band high enough to simulate/duplicate the symptom. Think about this for a second.
Runs on 3 cyls only, humhhh???
Let's just say that it went past 6K on the tach on 3 cyls with one quick blip of the pedal :)
At this point I remind myself how much I enjoy living in Ohio.
Get a power pack to my house in time to test this weekend before heading South 1 week from today!!:eek:
