gearcase scoops

any body have a part # handy for the little scoops that go on the sides of the TM gearcases?i know it was brought up a while back but i could find nothing under search.thanks.:confused:

66885 Water Pickup Insert (starboard side)

thanks mtcm but it appears that that part # is for the stock style(multiple hole) pick ups.what i am trying to find is the # for the deflectors that rivet? on to the outside of those to force the water into the pickups.trying to switch back to stock side pickups on my gearcase cause i am getting tired of the probs with LWP nosecones.problem is engine height is too high for stock water pick up holes.thanks.

Sorry. Thought I would give it a try. I remember seeing those scoops many years ago but none lately. I do not remember if they were Merc items or aftermarket. If I stumble across some info on them I'll let you know.

found 'em!if any one else is thinking about trying these the merc part #is 832066a1.this is a kit with 2 scoops and the screws.a little pricey at over $30 but a lot cheaper than a new powerhead.
