i need to find a good fiberglass man in ga. i had two guys locally fizz out on me with the reinforcement job on my skater for twins. i have heard of two guys that have done this work to these boats flawlessly but i dont have time to go far from home, if anyone knows someone in ga , southern s.c. or very north fla (like jacksonville) let me know , im ready to get my work done! thanks!
p.s. looking for someone with experience with fiberglass work and knowledge of the various epoxies and glass! i want this thing to be solid as a rock yet not add 1000 more lbs to it!

Sounds like you might want to use kevlar or maybe even graphite.
Either is lighter than glass. Also a foam coring can give support without the added weight.
Just some things to consider when you drop the boat off.

Just trying the thingys up there.there

Try Lon Annis. He is a former tunnel boat racer so he should know how to strength w/o weight. He is in Augusta and his #'s are
706-309-9625/706-373-0475. There is also a place in N. Augusta called B & E. I know all they do is glass work but dont know how well. 803-442-3662

MERMAN,
I did not mention the builder of my personel boat who is WALLY at TRIAD/STV. I was reluctant to do so because in the past people have brought him junk and ask him to get chicken salad out of chicken sh#*. I don't see your case as being one so I wanted to re-reply. I bought my boat used and he supposedly had done some repair work to it before I got it. His work is so good I can't tell what he done but know the work was done. His # is 864-333-2400. I haven't talked to him lately so I don't know how busy he is. The way people are going crazy over his boats it's probably a year wait.j.k If it was it would be worth it. Give him a call. He is one of the greatest and most knowledgeabel(spell?) people you'll ever deal with. How fortunate we are here in AUGUSTA to have him. I just hope I'm not embarrasing him due to my lack of power. (1979 175 w/vertical reeds. still runs true 77mph on gps) I will fix that this winter with a 260. Good Luck
