what is the difference in 39-816802a12 and 39-44395a12? serial number on transom is 0c175322. could have different block. cylinders look like regular 2.4/200 chrome.

I cant tell you the difference between the two because I cant find a drawing of the 44395 rings. I can tell you that the 44395 was used on earlier models of the 2.4/200. Your serial number falls after the change to the 816802 rings, so those are the ones that you should be using.
