The pump in the VST is dead. What's the best option nowadays? Looks like the replacement pump for the VST is close to $900.

Would a Weldon or Aeromotive be a better choice mounted in the boat? Which pump would you use?

I don't want another lean meltdown.

Thanks

I got one on eBay. Haven’t run it yet so don’t know about the quality. Enter your part number in search box. It was a lot less than $900. Make sure it ain’t the pump driver in ecu.

I have a Bosch in my Allison with a 225 Promax. It has worked perfectly for 5 years now. I would get another one in a minute if I needed it.

The pump in your VST is more than likely a Walbro pump, call JDT racing in N Smithfield RI with the part number of your pump, I bought one a couple of years ago from him for $118 delivered !! 401-332-7348 !! GL

Yeah, Walbro seems to be behind everything, the past 20 years, from Five-oh Mustang and probably every other car on the road not using HPDI, to 911 Turbo.
