Looks like Mike has all the right things there too - life vest, kill switch attached, and even an extra vest for the passenger. Way to go Mike, that sets the right example! We must always put safety first.

I only have one concern. That ski vest won't provide much protection if was ever to be thrown from the boat at speed.

Also, I think most of those "neoprene" style jackets are not even C.G. approved PFD's.

Just an observation.

I've got a bunch of pics waiting to go, but I need to write the code for the website. Just been lazy. Will be sometime before the end of the racing season.

Yeah, that life jacket will give stay on about as well as the hat "at 100 plus" speeds.

It's better than no life jacket. I doubt it would come off, it's zippered and strapped on.

GPS is on top of the dash and stereo is to the left, out of the picture.

I dunno about that vest holding up. I've ripped 2 of them damn near in half waterskiing, well crashing on my ski, at 34 mph. zipped up and straps connected. Luckily they died saving me. Put on a different vest and kept going.

If anyone knows of a used pair of lifelines that will fit me, 6' 190 and my wife 5'7 110, let me know.
