Well you know...if society had beaten those poor bastards down so much they wouldn't need all that heroin to begin with. I think they oughta be supplied with safe injection site, a new car everytime they use the safe injection site, and a beautiful house to go home to after they have shot up and it should all go on the tax bills of the terrible people that made them heroin junkies in the first place.

Of course....the real story is that's the marketing ploy used to get them into the government sponsered injections sites where we promise to safely inject them with whatever they give death row inmates eventually. They will have no more addiction problems and crime will be reduced and best of all no suffering for those poor bastards. :D
