Men’s 1500 meters

If you did not watch the 1500 run live or haven’t seen it on YouTube yet, have a look.

It was supposed to be a race between a Norwegian and a Brit, and your guy Cole Hocker had a finishing kick that no one except maybe him saw coming.

That was an awesome race!!!! Was fortunate to watch it live on tv yesterday.

I couldn't maintain that pace for 15 meters if a pack of wolves was chasing me.

Finished in 3.27.65.

That is an average lap time of 51.9 seconds.

If anyone has ever ran a 400M race, that is a good high school time for 1 lap and he averaged that for 4 laps :eek::eek:

I was over 1 min for 400m in grade 10, and have not done a timed lap since. I do see my times in swim workouts, and I am slowing
