Yeah, depedns what you are going to do with the car... To me you cant beat a t-56 on the street.. More fun to row your own gears, pretty much bulletproof and you have two overdrive gears... Which you will be able to use with all of that torque.. Probably knock down 25mpg on the highway with a good tune..

But if your drag racing.. Yea turbo 400 or powerglide all day.

Dam well, i gonna have all the og. Glass body fixed and painted next year prob. I completely redid this car other then the trans and rear end, everything is new, end links,shocks,complete steering system, alum. Radiator with dual brushless electric fans,holly terminator max x system, hand built every line on this car, has 40 ' of fuel line between supply and return, all braided,ort to be around 700+- hp, , but the dyno dont lie, so we will see,

Pireglide! Fun & funner, fast & faster! I like the bottom. Once off the ground your oil change will take 2 minutes or less. Everything should be that way. RR

More oil more better. The roots and the stick is an awesome combo for street driving. I’m not a fan of any other kind of boost and stick combos. The roots is sick because it has so much torque down low and no lag just power on tap anywhere in the rpm range.

You’re going to have a hard time keeping tires on that thing lol. What clutch are you running?

coan converter best money spent for a glide. I’m not really a glide fan for anything not pure race. Can you get a 4l80 under there? Maybe a 6l80? Something driveable and still tough. T56 time?

4l80 won't fit, i don't really plan on interstate driving, I'm not familliar with a t56, what can you tell me about it

t56 or tr6060 is the borg warner 6spds from LS cars. Tons of fun and extremely reliable. Not super huge should fit without much grief. I believe there are quite a few thread on CF about this. TH350 can built to handle some grief too if you want? Glide is the best drag tans, especially with a coan it is extremely impressive to drive a properly spec'd coan in a glide. The launch is insane

Might blow those rear shafts off if you do that you might need a solid axle conversion. A coan hits realllllly hard even without a brake. You going to cage this thing?

The rear axle shafts and main drive shaft will be your weak links. The diff case usually gets mangled up if you hurl an axle. Trans brake is an awesome feature but will probably break parts. I know you will **** bricks with a glide and a coan. Those roots chargers pull hard from down low anyways so you won’t need anything crazy high for stall speed. It’s an awesome build you’ve done there. Going to catch plenty napping with that beast

Picked up the car yesterday, OMG that thing is sick,rollin burnouts at 50 mph, thing pulls harder than a mike tyson uppercut,trans brake set at 3500, don't really need it lol, I'll post some vids when i get a chance
