Purchased this prop in November of last year as soon as Hill first released them . It sat in the box till April 6 when I was finally able to test it . Ran the prop for appx 30 minutes on my 300R , it stayed on rev limiter at WOT so I will not keep it . It pulls hard thru mid range and did good at cruise and lower speeds . 22ft 2010 SCB Topcat Simmons Custom Boat 1610 lb bare hull weight . Not sure what I weigh rigged but it is set up to fish . Ran 88.4


I saw just recently Mercury Racing just relased a prop that looks like this one that is CNC machined called the ALTITUDE

Thank you. I ran a 30p overhub 5 blade hill 102, curious if this one would run the same. Like you, the 30p is pitch is small for a 300R 1.75. But they can be fun. Especially if you can get one to run up to 100.

I just picked up a 32 p 15 degree version of this prop. I wasn't able to test it last week in Florida. I'm hoping the ice melts here soon so I can see how it does. I feel 18 degree may work better for a boat with a trolling motor on the nose.
