Have a 02 optimax that won't start. Fuel pressure is 80 and air is 85. Replaced both tracker valves, fuel pressure regulator diaphragms, both electric high and low pressure fuel pumps and manual fuel pump. Nothing has changed. Even swapped the fuel rails with another motor that ran fine. Will try to start if you release a little air off the air shradder valve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
