I know of guys whose older siblings sexually molested them, and It screwed them up for life, so who do you blame?

I believe that many bad things happen to children that screw them up in one way or another,

But Why did the USA let China take over manufacturing?

A communist country, no less, When we have Mexico right next to us?

So China has bought up many companies that we believe are still US companies.

Well of course they are, and they are going to steal/own all the intellectual property from every company they buy.

So… what are you going to do at the voting booth. Are there any individuals running for office/ President who would put American interests ahead of everything. Is there anyone who would put limits on foreign investment in American companies, how about putting tariffs on imports so that American companies can compete with low wage foreign imports? Has any party or President tried doing that recently? Is there anything else that could be done and who might do it?

How did China benefit from joining WTO?
After China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), its service sector was considerably liberalized, and foreign investment was allowed; its restrictions on retail, wholesale and distribution ended.

Bill Clinton’s last act in late second term (2000) was to normalize trade with China with in the international controlled WTO and at that point US manufacturing left in droves. Reagan, HW Bush & Clintons Nafta w Mexico was the beginning of this process with US auto production. Nafta was started by Reagan, further written by HW Bush admin and finally finished and signed by Bill Clinton in 94. WTO covered everything else. Corporate America rejoiced. Walmart built over 1000 super centers between 92-95 in anticipation of massive cheap foreign imports. Mom & pop stores vanished. The rest is history.
