I’m stumped. WOT alarm for under charging. New battery, had 13v out of alt. Replaced alternator with an oem. Ran great for 20 mins, then alarm again with faults for under and over charging. 12v at both sensing wires. Voltage match’s post on the starter solenoid and the alternator. Can’t find a schematic for the wiring and I don’t have the manual. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Fuseable link could be blown or failing when it gets hot. At half throttle to WOT you should be 14+ 14.5 or 14.7 vdc.
Lots of brand new batteries are 13 to 13.2 volts off the shelf. They make you think the motor is charging till it draws down to 12.2 or so and gives you a low running voltage alarm.
You say you get both low voltage AND high voltage alarms?

Before I change the alternator it was strictly under charging according to my ddt. Then there was a fault history of both after the new alternator. But you can back the throttle off and the alarm goes away, then get back on it after 4k rpm’s and it comes back

What is the ecm voltage and the keyswitch voltage when the alarm starts going off now? And how far are those 2 voltages apart from each other?

New alt is bad too?
