Mercury 2.5 280 first time start up!!!

Looking for a Mercury 280 outboard specialist in the New York State area that can do a pre-inspection & first time start up. Don't want to grenade anything. ( We were told the motor has new rings.)

Fire it up! Any idea when the last time it was ran? Some would have the injectors cleaned but some would just run it also!

This has been a long term project, 4-5 years. We purchased the power head about 5 years ago. Would like to have someone verify it's good to go, maybe take a look inside. We had the injectors cleaned and flow tested already. Just don't want to do any damage to that nicolsel block.

Spray a squirt of fogging oil in each hole. Turn it over with kill switch pulled.. fire it up.. you aren’t going to hurt anything
