This shaft and carrier have been laying around for 2 yrs waiting to be finished.
Today was the day.
The propshaft got machined to 30mm which is a 2 thou cut.
The inner needle roller race was shrunk onto the old journal.
The carrier, in this case from a large diameter 4 stroke gearbox was bored out and also reduced in diameter.
So far so good.
I'll also attach a photo of an unusual omc motor
15 inch open trunk v4.

I recently picked up a new youtube channel. Boats n the hood. You Kiwis ain't afraid to hang it out there, whether building your own boats, racing around the buoys, or through a bunch of moored sailboats. Fantastic, keep up the good work!

Here is a video of our mini boats circuit racing.

They have a lot of advantages over us, like plenty of props and 260/280 motors for sale.
Probably a good supply of 15inch midsection as well.
Their dingy racing is outrageous.
They have 25 million people we have 5 million.
We are their poor cousins I suppose.

Sorry for the mix up. You and your cousins, are both wild when it comes to boating.
I was aware of the differences between your countries. For some reason, I had it in my head that Boatz were from New Zealand, explains alot, now I think about it. Might be some of that penal colony heritage showing up in their videos.
