Been a while since I have posted on here but I have finally gotten around to designing a new hull from Scratch Something I have always wanted to do. I just love to make things, My wife's cousins husband has a wood CNC so I sent him the dimensions I wanted and he cut everything out for me. The boat will be aprox 14' 11" with an 8.5" pad 22° deadrise with 1.5" lifting strakes and 4" notch in the transom. Hull will be a progressive beam with transom being just about 6' progressing to almost 7' toward the dash area then narrowing out but wetted surface staying a fixed 6 is ft. Outer chine will have a reverse chine In case I ever have the desire to put it into a race class if it would fit and will be able to tun hard. My goal is to have a Rough water capable "smaller" hull that can float modern 4 strokes like the 115 pro xs yamaha 90 sho that can be tuned to 120hp and do 70+ mph. Aswell as fit 3-4+ people comfortably. Taking design features off the super boat 21 and the new tuff 20 along with other proven hull designs like the allison grand sport and hydrostream venom into consideration with this design. That and all still being able to fit it in the garage.

Not a whole lot of progress but it's some got a few things going on, at least you can get an idea of what it will look like, at least the bottom. If you like the small performance boats, please support our group on the social media pages, primarily on Facebook.

Are you going to have extensions beside the motor to help float a heavy motor?

Unfortunately, its going to be put on hold for right now I picked up a 17ft Allison marine center console project ill need to do first to make the wife happy, She wants to be able to bring more people out to the sandbar and the biel is pushing it with toting 4 people around, It does it but your limited on what you can bring since its so small.
