Low psi for 300xs compressor

The compressor gauge is reading at 60psi on the air side and on the fuel side 70psi a mechanic has told me that the compressor is not outputting enough pressure.

what could be possible reasons as to why he motor is producing low pressures?

Both readings are low. Compressors wear out just like all moving parts and give less performance as they age.

Fuel gets regulated to air pressure plus 10. Has your mechanic worked thru troubleshoot procedure? Low pressure could be caused by a number of things. Leaking hose or fitting, bad air regulator or rail it seals against, as well as wore out compressor. Let your guy work thru possibilities.
