Hey guys, I have a recently rebuilt 2000 225 Johnson Looper,, she runs great. It runs great,, it's been decades since I set the timing on one of the vintage engines. I'd like to bump the timing a few degrees,, my flywheel is indexed.. Can ya refresh my memory on how to do it.

You would probably get more answers if you made the heading "225 Looper Timing" instead of "Capt Mike".
Yep,,guess I blew that,,kinda new on the site..Thanx David

Better to leave it alone or back it off a degree for longevity if your rpm is at or above 5800
