I have a bridgeport efi center horn style, not sure of the year model.
My compression is the;

2-120lbs 1- 125lbs
4-120lbs 3- 113-114lbs
6-120lbs 5- 115lbs

Is this acceptable? What should I look for when I pull my heads? Should
I replace the head gasket on that side?

The readings you are getting are about normal for most Bridge Ports as most in fresh condition will run from about 125 to 135 depending on year model and head combination. The cylinders showing down in the teens are likely worn or have either had a piston go out or an overheating problem at some time which may have caused some slight distortion in the cylinder, or it could just be plain wear. Regardless I would recommend NEW head gaskets and a close inspection of all cylinders . RE-ring if its necessary as now is the time before any damage occurs. This can be done without powewrhead removal and only partial disassembly. If the cylinders have ever been sleeved the port timing could also have an effect on what a gauge shows if it is slightly higher on the lower reading cylinders..
