Powerhead + Midsection match

What model and year merc 150's (midsection and exhaust adpter) will a 2.5L drop on fit on? I know a XR6 is a 2.5 but what about the XR4's, XR2's and black max 150's? Will any of these motors midsection/exhaust adapter work with a 2.5L? and what years?

I'm using a 81' 225 2.4 mid section and a 93' 200 2.5 power head and exhast plate.
