I have a 2007 HPDI Block that I am wanting to put 250 ox66 injection and electronics on. The block started out as a 2007 yamaha 225 HPDI Series 2. I cut the exhaust port to a hair less than the 300 port height and left the width alone. From the other threads it looks like I will need to use the HPDI flywheel and starter, reeds and exhaust cover. I am cutting the o2 sensor into the block and plugging the heads. Did you guys have any timing problems with the crank sensor or did it end up ok with the HPDI Flywheel? Just curious about that. Thinking about eliminating the vst and using an in the boat pump with an adjustable regulator so I can play with fuel pressure. I read you guys were using a 250 block to start out with and was wondering if they were running a little on the fat side. I want to make sure I don't lean her out with the higher porting and planning on cutting the heads a bit. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!!
