Mercruiser trim pump

Hi, I am having some leak down issues with the rams, I’ve had the valve body apart in the pump and it’s all nice and clean looks good. I replaced the o rings etc but still having issues, so, I would like to know if the poppet valves have an o ring on them or a special seal, mine are all flat and hard to tell what they are! Can anyone help? I don’t think it’s a ram issue.
