Just pulled her out of storage (14 yrs). Belonged to my stepson Rick who passed away while in the process of redoing her. One of my daughters has been the keeper of her brothers boat al this time. I've decoded her HIN - Action Marine 1982 18 foot, 26th unit built, build month was December.
She was pushed by a 3.0 Johnson, which we have and intend to put back on after a rebuild. Family Boat now and I get the honor to rebuild her.

Here's one of my dilemmas: Not knowing what the under floor structure should look like. There currently is no floor. That's kind of my starting point.
Looking for folks that I can pick their brain :smiletest: and nudge me in the right direction as I bring her back to life.
My end goal is First will be seeing my daughters faces when their brothers boat looks and runs like they remember it.
Second will be running her with the group from Scream & Fly at 70 plus. When Rick was alive she was gunned at 94.
I just finished refurbishing a 24' SunTracker pontoon "Party Barge" (which is for sale). My main squeeze is my 27' Sea Ray Sundancer.
Anyway "Thanks" for reading all this. I look forward to making new friends here.

Great old boat and you have the best reason ever to rebuild her. Many action guys here to help.
