Promax Rigging questions.

I have rigged Optimax and verado engines before but never a promax. I have a 300 promax and would like to know where I can find the two fixtures that fit the rigging tube on to the cowl. Plus what size rigging tube will I need?

Plus, can you tell me what turn signal style trim switch fits the capilano helm?
