OK guys, who'd got the ticket? Looking for as little setback as possible in a hydraulic jack plate. Thanks!

Seems that land and sea? has a 2" or 3" hydralic plate?

Ever get your temp to come up?

I put an 8" plate on the Vector over the winter, and went from 91.6 to 94.1 on GPS, but with the summer on, and more boats, and them damn wake boarders with there (up to 4500 lbs of water bladders) I think I need to go back to the 6" plate, to keep the "bounce"- "porpous" down to as little as possible.

But where does it stop?

When I ran no plate, I lost 5 MPH compared to the 6" plate!

Nope, never did the ball valve solution. I'm pulling the motor off this week to get the cracks fixed...hoping to have a 2.5 going back on. :)

Go back and read, I "edited" between my last post, and yours.
