I wanted a Raveau when I first read John Tiger's review in Hotboat. At the time I had no excess funds. Later when I had more spare money, Raveau was out of business. We bought a J Craft which is pretty enough and more useful. But I still look for Raveaus for sale from time to time

Raveau 16 Bomb boat for sale in Bohemia, NY for $25,000 | 263176 (popyachts.com) (https://www.popyachts.com/antique-boats-for-sale/raveau-16-bomb-in-bohemia-new-york-r1-263176?c=1879062)

This one looks pretty much perfect. But I am at zero income for a couple of years, so perhaps it will have to get away.

I saw it listed here…(along with some other very cool old boats)
http://www.antiqueboatamerica.com/Boat/16_Feet_1961_Raveau_Bomb_Outboard_41736

There’s some beautiful boats on there, probably a lot of old listings too but I think that Raveau deserves a site dedicated to older special interest boats. (I’ve always been a bit skeptical about Poop Yachts mass listings of anything that floats)

EDIT- Just noticed the price is quite a bit cheaper on the antiqueboatAmerica site.
