Jet Drives are great for shallow water and the safety of no exposed propeller.

Having said that, the efficiency of engine power to impeller/propeller is questionable.
The other drives; V, I/O, Surface, and Outboards are more suited to losing less horses at the prop shaft - than the Jet Drives.

The name Jet Drive has an alluring marketing name, that sells boats.

the only unit of measure that truly matters is smiles per mile.

im certain it would be impossible to frown on that boat.

Had a Hondo years ago with a big block and it sat next to my Vking with the 200. Hondo ran about 65 and the Stream about 90. Jet attracted far more attention. I had fun in both of them. It's all about the smiles.
