Pulled my powerhead today to change base gasket and found milking white oil water solution where the crank meets the LU shaft on the exhuast adapter. Is that normal?

Thats most likely where you are getting the water. pull the bottom thing off and put new seals on , and check the bottom bearing for signs of wear or missing balls/ the plastic cage falling off.

Yea I get that to when ever I pull the power head .If it where me I to would change the seal if it has a lot of time on it

The seal is practically new, so i should be ok- notice i said should be.
