After thinking my problem was Injectors i checked all injectors and tried a new ecu. same problem rough idle loads of smoke. Then by mistake in started the motor with the hose not on all the way- ran great- with no water. Took the heads and exhaust plate off and found water droplets on all pistons and carbon washed off. Exhaust plate gasket looked ok - head gaskets looked ok.
Good compression before i took apart.
BASE GASKET?
