Nice pic.....like the others, how 'bout one from the side?

If you get a white motor you might not have those piston problems...LOL!:D

I'll Post more pics as soon as I get her runnin again, should be within a week ! The best I can get is about 85 mph, I would like to see at least 90 any suggestions ? How about Jack plate Height ? I ran a 28 chopper did about 80, The 27 mazco does 85, slow out of the hole mid range could be better, Then I ran a 25 Trophy did pretty good, I was taching 8400 rpm 86 mph.
What should I do ?

Joe Don:
Are you that Waking Tall guy? Just kidding man. I'm sure that boat
can use a LOT of setback. I can't tell what you've got on there now from angle of the picture, but I think a 21' with a single needs at least 12" to 15"s. Chuck Goodman/Hydro Dynamics makes a very nice powdercoated unit in both sizes and can give you lots of excellent performance advice on all subjects. You can reach Chuck @ 318-965-0201.
The farther back you go, the higher (transom height) you can run,
with less positive trim, which makes for more efficient use of your
existing HP.
I ran a 4 blade RE on my bassboat (20' Bullet), and it worked very well for general use. I think a 26" or 28" Yamaha clone or Lightning ET will be better for top end in your application.
By the way, beautiful boat. I hope that motor is under warranty!
By the way Forkin', I agree with you. If he had a white motor he wouldn't have a burned piston. He'd have 3 or 4 :D!
Regards,
Steve ;)
