Yeah-I live on this lake-about 100 mi. N. of Toronto/35 mi. W. of Georgian Bay. The 'Breakfast Club' goes for a run every Sun. morn. @ 8:30. Tuff's/Talon/STV's/Cigarette/Rapidcraft/Allison's/Hydrostreams. That fellow has a Lightning STV with a 280.

Algae is clearing out and it's looking good again. I might run next week if it quits raining.

I have never run in flat water like that. My Stoker took a beating on the East Coast, I would still have it if that is where i could run.

Beyond probably the best collection of go-fast outboards in Canada, a tour around the (3) Muskoka Lakes (Lake Muskoka, Lake Joseph and Lake Rosseau) is really something you would never forget. Beyond countless multi-million dollar summer homes it's the boat houses that will amaze. Many boat houses have multiple boat slips with high end boats plus most likely a vintage mahogany boat in 'perfect' condition.

I was out that same morning taking advantage of that flat water on my Sea Doo ripping around the lake. I saw you guys coming from the Kettles heading for Beaumaris and followed you as you past me and hung a right through the islands towards Bracebridge and Gravenhurst. My Sea Doo is fairly fast, but obviously no competition for that pack. Brought back great memories. 45 years ago a few buddies and I used to do the same kind of runs when the water was nice. My Switzer Shooting Star with 150 XS was one of the fastest boats on the lakes back then - especially in flat water. 7500 rpm, 85 mph and 5 gallons of gas every 25 minutes before changing tanks. Oh the good old days - especially when gas was so cheap!
