To Those of you who knew my dad DaveR, my mother and I have decided what is best is to sell his boat. It's running great, and I'd love to keep it, to be closer to my father, but it's too much boat for me. I want it to go to someone whose serious and will treat it with the care and love my father did. I wish I knew more about the boat, some friends are trying to get the details for me. I think in past threads my father had more details on it because he was ready to sell as well. So if you're interested, please email me at [email protected].
This is going to be difficult but my dad said it was okay.

I am so glad to see you post, been wondering how you and your mom have been doing. Sad indeed that the boat must go. But memories live forever, objects do not. Hope it gets into someones hands with as much passsion as your father.

I still miss seeing his posts....take care and remember, we are there for ya, Will will not forget DaveR. He is with us in spirit.

Take Care.

Michael

Thanks for your thoughts. I know this father's day will be a very difficult one for me, but we're heading up north to the cabin. I know that's the one place I feel closest to him.

I hate to ask this but can anyone help me find what my dad posted probably around January when he put his boat up for sale. I'm looking for any description I can find, and I don't know exactly how to go thru this web site.

I would appreciate any help.
Thannks again Michael

Michael,

Here's a link to the ad your Dad placed in the Hulls Under 20' section

Seebold Warrior (http://forums.screamandfly.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=24248&perpage=15&pagenumber=1)

All of the pictures he posted are there, as well as all of the pertinent information.

If you reply to that particular thread, it will bring it back to the front page of the ads again.

Thank you so much for that. I could not find it and no one seemed to be able to either I guess. Thank you so so very much. As much as it was very difficult to read, it saved me time, and a lot of worry. Thank you for caring.
