View Full Version : Video This looks PAINFUL…
Scream And Fly

Painful for both the boat and its occupants. Reportedly, one of the back seat passengers was seriously injured, breaking his back. Be careful everyone, no matter how big your boat is.

That's got to be one of the most well known boat crash videos around now. even people that don't boat at all know that video. Between family guy etc it's been redone how many times.
Not exactly what you want to be famous for either.
Don't even need the sound on to hear the sounds and the thud of him and the rest hitting the floor..

I had just recently seen the video that Greg started with. That cap't was a fool to go running thru the inlet wide out. It was his stupid pride/ego to think what ever he did to do that. I have the utmost respect for inlets......since skippers have told me to sit down since we might hit bottom on the way back in:eek:(nags head). I dont like seeing breakers in the inlet, it always makes me cringe. They're breaking for a reason. That top gun driver? Fool.
As for the fountain video? Stupid stuff.........no jackets, no one prepared, nothing. He never even throttled back. And mom's poor face as it bashed into the aluminum frame? Ouch. It could've been so much worse. Here's the kicker, why would you post that? Here's my take on the event.....
La La La La La.............just driving along in my bad fountain, got two hotties in bikinis on my side!! Life is good!! What could happen? This boat can handle anything? Were skipping along 70 mph.........its got more in it......no biggie. Whats this I see coming? These waves are nothing! Oh wait!! I didnt see that..Oh shoot! Oh No!......glub glub glub. OHHHHH my aching body...........what was I thinking? How did I get here at the feet of mom in the passengers' side of the boat?:confused::confused: Oh yeah.......I remember...........I was stupid.:leaving:
I watched it again, they look like human bowling pins............definitely bowled a strike.........the captain was the head pin!! Amazing no one died or seriously injured permanently(maimed). From a bowling point of view..........it was a smashing success.:nonod:
Everyone screws up, but sometimes your screw ups will cost you more than you are willing to pay......or thought that you would have to pay, and I dont necessarily mean money.

Mr. Clean looked like he was planking, almost comical to watch.

Being truthful, when I saw it for the first time(years ago), I laughed so hard, because of the whole thing and how it played out. It was comical. I replayed it more than once...........I couldnt help myself.......hey, you cant help your first reaction to watching something.:D
