Stock O-ring heads: $80 (#2 and #4 have damage, so these would be ideal for machining for higher compression)

Whats the rev limit on that Ignition controller?

I believe it is the factory rev limit (~5800rpm if I remember correctly). Merc part number on the controller is 857169A2.

Do u have the rest of the electronics harness on regulators stator?

Was it efi or carb i need everything of right side of motor my regulators cought fire !!
