repairing land & sea jackplate?

my land & sea jackplate stopped working Sooooo....
after taking it apart i found the magnets on the inside of the pump in several pieces.anyone ever replace them? if so, where do i get them? thanks....james

Do ya happen to know how old your L&S jackplate is? The older ones use a trim unit that were used on early '80s Johnrudes, I think they were made by Prestalight. Needless to say parts are proable not available. The newer ones use a unit made by L&S themselves (or some subcontractor).

Maybe give L&S a call? Maybe ARCO could shed some light on the motor if you gave them enough info.

Worth a shot anyway.
