The Drag engine now uses the Weldon 2005 pump.

If you are turning 9500 rpm, make SURE your pump is always getting fuel - use a tank with a sump, or never run the tank below a level that will allow the pick up to draw air.

For racing I use a feeder pump filling a surge/seperation can. This can has a 3 psi valve on the top to return any air that gets picked up back to the top of the tank. It then supplies fuel to the main fuel pump feeding the injector rail. This system MAKES SURE that even if the fuel system picks up air during acceleration or on rough water, that the injectors will NEVER get air unless the tank is long since dry. It may seem complex, but it is cheap insurance when a stock block is costing over $4000 without any work.

I hope this helps.
