I found the first boat I had ever bought when I was 15. It's been over 50 years since I have seen it. It was my start into boat racing. It's in rough shape but not too far gone. It will need a new transom. I am considering the poured transom as I don't want to remove the deck. The 4 seats are molded into the deck and glassed to the floor. The 100 hp mercury was the original motor also. Not sure of it's condition. This is a flat bottom Allison. One of the first made. If anyone has any info on early Allisons like this, I would be interested. Any restoration comments or suggestions welcomed.

Very cool you found it. Looking fwd to seeing it brought back to life. As to resto advice, given the age of the boat you might be ahead using epoxy. Old glass and resin is difficult to bond onto. But, you can do a test patch and see how it holds if you prefer poly.
