which heads is which???

I have an 88 2.4 200 hp Merc on an 88 bullet..... which 2.0 heads should I look for to increase compression?? A buddy has some Land & Sea 2.0 single plug heads, would these work?? I don;t even want to think about runnin anything but pump gas. Thanx for any help

The stock 150 heads are desired because of the smaller chamber size without getting the plug any closer to the piston.
