Inline aka small ear choppers in 28 and 30

Looking for a couple of decent inline choppers for standard 15 spline shaft in 28" and 30" pitch.

I am going to spend a bunch of dollars having these cut, thinned and worked for a specific application so imperfect and less than $300 each is ideal, please no previous welded cracks.
