The picture above that shows 131mph on a 37ft w/twin 450R`s is interesting. Two days ago i rode in a 2018 27ft DCB w/same motors and it`s tops out at 122mph. DCB says thats all it will run. Something`s fishy.

The 131mph is a M33 in that pic Da Bull. I haven't seen any numbers for the new 37 yet.

The white DCB 37R was the first out of the mold and this red one is only the second one built.

140 mph outboard cats are going to be the norm as I predicted a couple years ago. There will be 4 or 5 manufactures that have really fast cats on the market this year. This stuff is very cool but very frightening as well. If 140 will be the norm, that means that there will be guys that aren't normal running in the 50s and that is even more frightening....Please be careful when you are piloting these light weight missiles (we are playing with double edged knifes and really have nothing to prove "especially with passengers on board") .... That being said, mine is close to being in production-

Same applies to whomever can afford a Porsche 911 GT RS. Not many of us out there but you can bet some dummy will get killed in one & possibly kill others. Way life works. $=badass toys. Use responsibly. RR

I agree with what you are saying 100%. At least you can't put 6 people in a GT and your chances of hitting another car with 6 occupants is not common either-unfortunately, not the same applies with boats. A lot of the guys buying the new outboard cats are coming from the inboard world and they are two very different animals "just don't want to see this opportunity end from bad decisions". I also dread the day that I witness or read about a C.C. with multiple passengers being involved in something bad but I do realize its all coming and thats why I tend to preach. We have already lost way too many good people in our hobby circle and there was a fatal accident in front of our place at LOTO two nights ago "senseless life devastation for all involved and their families-- and could have so easily been avoided".
