more crossflow v4 questions

So if you were building a v4 crossflow for 6500 to 7000 rpm, would you build an old small journal bubble back or the new big journal and why?

newer big journal...stronger crank..better mid and trim..better water flow design..balance everything ...even the good ones are shakers...
