HPDI injector gasket removal

Hi guys, I've got an HPDI on the bench that had an injector gasket tear after pulling the fuel rail off. Tried being gentle with it and can't get it off so I figured one of you might know a little more about how to go about it.

Did it tear or did the two just separate? If tore, are you having problems getting it off the injector or from in hole in head? If it’s stuck to injector sealing surface, try carefully using a razor blade and slip in between gasket and injector surface and walk around until it’s unstuck.
